In the construction world, Pete was more than just a businessman; he was a mentor, friend, family man, and a respected figure. His faith, integrity, warmth, and generosity was the cornerstone of who he was as a person. He embodied strength, and those who knew him, would agree that it was a pleasure to have known him.
Leo Pare’s (known as Pete) journey began humble. It started with a truck and a set of forms that he built himself. Undeterred by the challenges that lay ahead, he forged ahead with a vision and a dream to build something from the ground up.
Pete’s journey was not without setbacks. However, his unwavering faith, determination, and resilience enabled him to overcome every obstacle in his path. Failure was never an option! He viewed challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.
Pete was not afraid to take chances. He understood that success often required stepping out of one’s comfort zone and taking calculated risk. With a bold spirit and a willingness to embrace uncertainty, he propelled to new heights.
He was known (on the job) as the guy that was going to get the job done. The more pressure that he would face, the harder he worked. He was respected by his customers, employees, and those who he worked with in the industry. Pete was, and still is loved by his family. Those who were close to him, vividly remember his kindness, compassion, and genuine care for others.
Pete loved his family; and took pleasure in spending time with them. He loved to be spontaneous, adventurous, and trying new things. As of today, Pete’s legacy lives as a testament to the Power of faith, hard work, and determination.
